Information overload. The point of the ad as I see it is to reassure people that the worst is over and it's safe to come back.
There's plenty of time in other ads to talk about the faster network.
I don't mean they should pack everything in to the same ad, that would be messy. But they haven't done anything new for 6 months now while fixing the problems. Great that they are fixed, now it is time to show us the good stuff - get back to why we should use XT.
