I confirm that the usage meter for my account is working again.  Thanks very much.

I found out this was caused by people still being on the "old" plan for mobile data and that didn't display usage since it was a casual rate when the new Mobile data plans came into effect in July.

Most people should now be sorted, but if anyone does have any more issues either ring up 123 and get moved onto one of the newer plans or just PM me and I will get them sorted.

As mentioned earlier mine has been sorted, but can you please confirm that I am still on my old plan, as I would like to keep it? Thanks.

You shouldn't have been moved unless you requested it.  And you can check your plan up the top right in the portal.

Thanks.  Just checked and I am still on the Pay as you Go 500MB, which I suppose is the old plan?
