Hi Rktcabuay,

I have reviewed the previous post in this thread from InstallerUFB and have sent an email to the Chorus consent team with the information InstallerUFB provided, asking them to look into this issue properly. I have stated that your existing copper line is fed direct from Upham Terrace and therefore your fibre should come in the same way (echoing what InstallerUFB has said). If their records prove to be wrong and do not reflect the true situation onsite, I have asked them to correct their records accordlingly so you can order the service without further delay.

When I get a response back from them I will let you know - I imagine it will be a few days.

Thanks,

Simon

Rktcabuay had his UFB installed today.

How did the install go and do you have any pics to show? Cheers.

Good day all! Finally the day has arrived that I can come back here and say: I now have fibre and it is awesome.

Thanks for everyone who replied and helped. Special mention to wheelbarrow and darkkermith. You guys went over and beyond to help. You are the reason why this forum continues to thrive!

I can't exactly remember my timeline but it took me 3 months to get the internet up and running. I've had several dead ends but wheelbarrow somehow got me out of it and sorted it. The ROW/shared driveway replies were critical pieces to solve this puzzle.

Below are shots of the job done by Chorus, who did an awesome job too:

Thanks again guys!!!
