Same situation, with BP on same plan.  No issues with service or support.  Service is good, no need of support.  Wish they would offer something to retain existing customers.

For us the best saving would be to switch provider every year for a discount.  I don't want to do this, as there is often the 30 day switch from existing, and sometimes issues in the switch over.

FWIW I had a good result in the end.  Initially, they wouldn't let me take the offer, but when I emailed their billing team asking to be disconnected as I was moving due to cost, they gave me the 3 month free offer.  Only took a day to flip to the 100/100 plan, so I'm happy with BigPipe another year.

Well I am happy, been with BP 7 years and looks like at least another 12 months. Thank you BP. nobody needs voice support. I find the support superb and easier than waiting on a phone.

What about the fridge? I thought you said it was a great deal?

I also had a good result, jumped ship to a new ISP and my bill has dropped significantly.

When I messaged, BigPipe were quite happy to give me the 3 Month Free offer with the 12 month contract (have been with them for 4 years now). Decided to jump up to the 100/100 plan at the same time. Works out around $150 less than the 100/20 over 12 months. I'm not one to jump around ISPs trying to save a few $$ a month, but it is nice to get something like this from time to time.
