I am using a SSH Tunnel to get onto the net to one of my servers in the states. Things are still slow or down with me, but using the Tunnel (which is over IPv6) things are totally fine :/

down for me as well - seems like this has now been about 2 hours - I appreciate the tweets from Telecom (if you know to use https) but I am surprised that as the 0800 faults line can't answer (saying too busy) the Telecom website is still saying nothing wrong for the network service status.
I am a little curious why the https twitter site doesn't seem to have the times updated (e.g. first tweet still showing 13 mins ago for me) - is there now some caching there as well?

Telecom.co.nz finally has a status update: "Some broadband customers might be experiencing issues browsing international websites. Our technicians are currently working on this problem. At this stage our representatives are unable to provide any additional information. We apologise for any inconvenience."

I've just tested and it seems to be back up. Have a go, let me know if it's still not working.
