So my wife's Nokia G20 is showing VOLTE on Skinny.

Sadly still no sign of support from Spark or Skinny for the Nokia 7.2.

Any ideas why they can support the Nokia 7.1 but are struggling with the Nokia 7.2

You can inject the relevant configurations manually into android devices with Qualcomm base bands. Requires unlocked boot loader.

Nokia 7.1 was used as a test device when Spark/Skinny were testing VoLTE.

Took almost an year or so after testing, devices released after Nokia 3.4 (including) have VoLTE and Vowifi configurations for all three carriers enabled in the devices by default. (I have checked the code in the system app for carrierconfig)

Android 11 dropped onto my Nokia 7.2 this evening, and it now displays a VoLTE icon.

I'm genuinely amazed.
