This is what I was afraid of.  While I sympathise with your poor dealings with Vodafone, this thread is about XT Network. That's it.

I see this as the beginning of a slippery slope.  Lets discuss XT Network and that's it.  Poor customer service from other providers belong in their own threads, with their own associated discussions.  Any further posting off topic will be hidden.

I also don't want to see this turning into a battle between the fanboys of either camp.  Read up on the Forum Usage Guidelines if you need a refresher on what is accepted here.

I got mine to both addresses I registered with. Nothing on the site about launch date that I can see, and the video doesnt play properly for me on any of my computers....
