"delays" is not the same thing as "down"... which is it?

Check their spam folder. When I used their email years ago, many legitimate emails ended up there. But there are far better options now.

Any other details in the bounced emails? Normally the bounced email will detail the reason for the bounce, such as the sender being on a RBL, or a email address not exisiting.

Hi team, apologies for this. We've had an issues which is now resolved, but the email back log is taking a while to clear. There's a little more detail on our website.

I've got a customer who is expecting about 2000 emails since the backlog started.

Xtra appears to be releasing an email every 9 minutes but and here is the kicker, normal fresh mail is still being delayed while the backlog clears.  So while the problem is said to be fixed, it isn't really.

I just rang xtra business and the dude on the phone mentioned that last he heard was 20 thousand mails had been cleared from the backlog, I asked him if he meant 20 million but apparently no it was just 20 thousand.

I'm a little lost for words, on another note can anyone here suggest any better options for a mailbox?

Regardless of name, Azzaj is right on that though... Vodafone has its own shares of mail failures now and then.

Back on topic folks. I am watching this thread now.

I have a customer with 40+ officemail mailboxes, in a few hours it will now be 3 days where they haven't had a proper working email setup.

it may be fixed but the backlog essentially means its still not usable, i sent some tests to officemail mailboxes none have arrived 45 mins later, and still most emails are missing from last few days

pretty bad really, officemail is really not a reliable business product. Alot of these issues have occured over last few years., and im super happy i moved 90% of my customers away from officemail over the last 1.5 years

On the brightside i can try and use this 3 days outage as a great reason to get the last of my customers off this system
