Hi, my data has been sitting at the same amount for the last week. That is my usage is not being recorded. Lucky me I know but is anyone else having the same issue?

It is probaly due to the network upgrade and effects some Tivo owners. I was sent a letter about it. Don't complain, just enjoy it while it lasts .

We got a letter from Telecom recently stating that due to infrastructure upgrades, our data usage will not be monitored for the immediate future.

Yep... And it will be changing some time in the future, but not until some major pieces of work have been undertaken.

Is everyone unmetered or just select customers? Ours has gone blank over the past couple of months.

Would certainly be nice to talk to behind the scenes people on how unmetering a chunk of the customer base has affected utilization.
