Hi All

Any advice on how long I should wait for Telecom to come back and acknowledge my application for ultraVDSL.
I completed the form last Friday at about the same time as it is today the following Monday.
No acknowledgement in any form (it seams from reading the forums that 24hrs to text message is common)
Any suggestions about how long I should wait before trying to make contact again.

Did you get an automated autoreply after filling in the form? Maybe you need to phone them, as some companies seem to provide far better instant support over the phone, than they do online for some reason.

The online team are really behind and it is taking up to 48 hours to get a response out. There is now an automated reply in place but previously hasn't been

I signed up on Sat night, got an e-mail message about 8pm that night regarding a very small issue with my account. Got the Comformation email with all the details at 9am Sunday and then a phone call at 4pm Sunday to confirm the Chorus tech.  Pretty amazing that all that happened over the weekend.  It looks like a 9 day wait as my install is on the 23rd.
