You register an account which links your email address to a sim. However if in my case you have more than 1 sim (e.g. phone + ipad) you can only link the email to 1 sim. It appears to be a 1 to 1 relationship instead of 1 to many.
So I cannot link my second sim to my account and have to create a separate account to manage it.
Which isn't the end of the world BUT means I either have to:
- register an email account somewhere specifically to be able manage this sim myself OR
- I will need to call Skinny to manage it, however their call center has limited hours (open 9 - 5:30ish)
