I am churning from Slingshot VDSL to Telecom VDSL due to the frequent lockups I had with the supplied modem (a known firmware issue with no ETA on a fix).
I am not sure if the lockups dropped sync but they required a reboot and I am concerned the frequency of these during the first 10 days would have had a negative impact on my initial DLM tuning phase.
Will I go through the initial phase again when I churn? If not is it something I can request?
The rep I spoke to when I signed up understood what I was asking but was unsure.
Any advice appreciated.
