Our latest bill shows two mobiles now getting a monthly $3 Smart One Bill charge where we previously had no monthly charge for on account mobiles.
I'm told via online chat support that this change of plan was communicated via letters and email but I can find no record of either. I checked spam folder etc.
I did change to ebilling and change the broadband plan in Feb so I guess it's possible we slipped through some crack.
Anyone else with on account mobile able to confirm if they were informed or not?
