Hi, I'm not sure if anyone is experiencing any issues with Spark ADSL, but I've noticed over the last 2 months an issue with performance and response, and seems to be intermittent (mostly using IE9/IE10).

Internet works ok for 5 mins, then "dies" for about 30-60s (when I say dies, I mean that both local e.g NZ Herald and US e.g. imdb.com websites don't respond for a period of time, but will come back after 30s.  Sometimes I may need to refresh the page.  This happens continually, regardless of the time I'm online (tried 12 noon, 7am, 1pm, 11pm etc).

I'm using a Netgear DG834 Router, with an inline filter, and have been using this setup for years so nothing has changed from this perspective.  The same happens regardless of the PC I'm using (2 wired PCs using CAT6 to 1GB Switch, and 2 laptops through wireless N to a Belkin access point).  I went from an Edimax to QNAP NAS recently, and thought this was causing the problems, but have shut down the QNAP NAS for a couple of days, and didn't make any difference.

Can anyone shed some light, or let me know if they're experiencing the same thing?  I'm in Auckland St Heliers, so not sure if the cabinet is getting full or what the problem could be.
