Hi,

I filled in the online application for broadband on Saturday and it said I would have confirmation within 24 hours. Even taking the weekend into account its way past 24 hours.

How long does it normally take?

Thanks

If it said 24 hours and you haven't heard anything, then I'd ring them.  If there's one thing I've learned from previous changes of ISP: always follow up anything where you're not sure the "process" is going quite to plan with a friendly call to the ISP. It can save headaches later ;-)
