Please be aware that the provisioning process for Fibre 200 and Fibre Landline have significant room for improvement at the moment.
It's now 5 days for me without a landline (cutting the copper line seemed to be well executed) and my requested line speed change from 100/50 to 200/20 is nowhere in sight.
After speaking with the Broadband help desk on numerous occasions over the past 5 days with no positive results I have just given up as it all seems too hard for Spark to provision what should be a simple upgrade. I do question why this service is currently being offered, it would be far better to sort out the process first wouldn't it?
Anyway the landline issue is sorted out by mobiles and the broadband is still functioning so I guess I should be happy...
