Can't get connectivity through landline (Mt Albert) and Spark helpline is engaged, yet their service page says "no issues". Anyone else?

Looks like we have a fairly big broadband issue in Auckland since just before 9pm network technicians working on it now @SparkNZ

Talkiet: Yes, something has fallen over. We know about it and techs are working on it. Doesn't affect everyone - affects a very small proportion of our customers but when you have ~600K customers, a small proportion is still a lot of people...
No, I can't tell you exactly what's died, no I can't tell you when it will be fixed and no I can't tell you exactly how many people are affected. (I know some of these things but not my place to say publicly)
I'll update when I have some more news.
