Hi

Just got ADSL installed however it keeps disconnecting when I make a phone call, receive a phone call or end a phone call.  I have a filter (the double thing where the modem and phone is hooked up) but do I need one on the phone upstairs? Here is the connection status:

Past experience means I'll probably need to get interleaved enabled on the line but I just want to double check some things first.

All good - I'll grab the extra one from home; noticed that it only occurred on the upstairs phone but the downstairs phone with the filter there are problems.

Edit: Found an old d-link filter and attached it up to the phone. No disconnections so far so fingers crossed.

I would get a Master Filter installed.

If you live in the Auckland area CoffeeBaron will see you right.
