Just went to The website to see if it's an option for my address, via my iPhone 6 (fully updated) on Safari and got a really wierd looping cycle that switched in and out of the Bp homepage and "zuora.api"

Looks like it might have been getting stuck with some sort of an autos dress finder, as the other screen had a 'searching' type blue circle with little green one spinning inside?

Loads alright on my iPhone 6S running iOS 9.2.1.

It does seem redirect/reload like you describe one time, but not looping continually.

the first redirect is normal, but the loop isn't (of course)

I've seen this happen once the other day too, but it seems very isolated, and seems to come right again a few minutes later (making it hard to replicate for us to figure out what's going on).

Both instances have been on iPhone 6s with Safari so far.  (do you have an adblocker installed on your phone? that has the potential to do this sort of thing)

In any case, I've forwarded this through to the devs so they will keep digging to see what's up.

Ok so more info... Mines 6 "plain" 6 not S or plus, and I remember now you mention it that I'm running Adblockplus in the safari setting, but like you said, trying again this afternoon it's working now?

I did try several times this morning, closing the tab and retrying though the Google link from scratch, and even swiping up to close Safari completely and starting over.

Works now even with Adblockplus still enabled so all good for me now 🤗

Happening right now..

Seems the website doesn't like Safari Private browsing (endless loop) v/s normal browsing (single redirect) \

- As tested on a Macbook Pro / Safari v9.1.

Also, just tested on my iPhone 5 running iOS 9.3.1 with Safari on Private browsing and couldn't replicate the same. Haven't bothered clearing anything from the browsers as it's no biggie to me :) Hope this helps.. apologies if there's another thread covering this somewhere else.
