somehow despite an unlimited txt plan I manage to run out of balance while txting...

so I go to https://www.spark.co.nz/myspark/register to see what it's all about

"MySpark is designed for customers who have fixed phone and Internet services or monthly mobile plans. You can manage your Prepaid mobile plans & subscriptions here."

oh, ok, so I click 'here'

'here' refreshes the same page.

seriously.

and last time I tried this and got to the right page it wasn't even letting me sign up anyway.

they'll let me top up all I want, but anything to do with looking at my actual activity and pricing per action is impossible to find.

::at a loss::

edit: turns out this time my txts stopped sending for _no obvious reason at all_. my balance is fine.

What did Spark say when you called their customer service team on 123? Or did you actually just want to complain  about it rather than get a solution?

If a company offers online services to manage an account and they fail to work then it is worthy of a complaint. Having to make a phone call to get customer service is not a solution to this problem.

Ah yes, that one broken hyperlink is really worthy of a complaint. Or you could just install the app, find the website yourself, or call customer service.

Some people just want to complain.

Sounds like you're trying to login to the MySpark fixed line portal.

If you want to query your mobile plan / info go to: https://www.spark.co.nz/onliness

I did that last time.

last time it was some problem on their end of actually following through with activating the changes/purchases their records showed I'd made or something.

took ages going around with some fake US accent lady, did not feel like going through all that again.

if my phone could handle any more apps I might.

timmmay:

find the website yourself

I assume you googled to make sure it was findable (rather than being directed to the same link I was, and then found it wasn't, and for that reason didn't post your results.

timmmay:

Some people just want to complain.

that would explain your posts.

that's the page I ended up at, and I was trying to get away from that to the pre-paid one mentioned on that page (which is indeed the onliness one you linked)
