I'm not sure what's happened, however:
After the last few good months of having Fibre on, I came home from work last night to find my Mikrotik and backup Mikrotik router can not connect to Spark fibre anymore. Nothing in my configuration changed on these routers last night. They worked, now they don't.
I plugged the Huawei modem back in and it works fine.
I plugged the Mikrotik's back in, they still don't work.
I changed the Mikrotik back to the default MTU settings and still no go. Originally I had the Ethernet MTU set to 1512, VLAN 1508 and PPPoE 1500. This had been working as good as gold since I had Fibre on in March up until I came home from work last night.
I'm not sure what's going wrong, it's as if all of a sudden Spark have made a configuration change and now the Mikrotik routers can't log on to Spark fibre in Invercargill.
Any ideas?
Gavin.
