Hi

I have been a long time subscriber to www.blackmarket.co.nz but since the change to SMX I do not get their regular newsletter.  I have spoken to them and they say that it is happening to a lot of their Xtra customers.

I want to add their domain to a whitelist but the instructions on the Spark site are lacking in this area.

Is it just simply a matter of creating a filter with a "Sender/From contains @blackmarket.co.nz" and an Action of "Keep"?  Or am I being to hopeful?

Paul

with a domain name like like, they shouldnt be surprised if emails are blocked by many spam & keyword filters
Sometimes being clever with a domain name isnt so clever after all.

I think SMX adheres to SPF rules so you may find that blackmarket.co.nz has specified which domains/servers handle mail on their behalf BUT perhaps they've misconfigued it - if it doesn't match the rule they've specified, SMX will drop it.

v=spf1 include:amazonses.com include:spf.protection.outlook.com -all

It looks like they currently say they send mail via Office 365 and Amazon, anything else will be dropped. Wonder how they're delivering the mail out.

I also suspect SPF blocking as they're sending from a IP that's not authorised.
