Anyone here got any contacts with spark/xtra. My company had a email spamming issue and we have fixed it but xtra are blocking us. Trying to find contact to help me.

Is Xtra blocking you or the receiver?

IIRC in the VF days you'd be locked out for a time period after sending spam. Also I believe VF locked the logins.

Have you tried calling them as you should do in the first instance. If this is a business connection support should be very easily accessible and informative.

have you checked your domain/Ip on the various blacklisting sites ? That should be your 1st step.
You may need to get it delisted from a (global) blacklist

I assume your SPF & PTR are correct ?
