I have a client who is having issues with sending on their sparkbusness email

- emails containing their email signiture get bounced , emails without the sig dont get bounced (something in their sig triggers this)
- a pdf attatchment of 4M gets bounced, smaller attachments send ok

This all started after a mass mailout some weeks back (could be co-incidence ? )
There arnt on email of the blacklists I know of , I checked several blocklists

I guessing sparkbusenessmail's spam filter is blocking as they try to send ? or sparkbuseness mail have put some restriction on them ?
If it was a blacklist issue or recipients spamfilter issue, they wouldnt be able to send at all .

Suspect your signature will have been flagged.

Call the Business Helpdesk, the folk there will take an example email from you, send it off and get it fingerprinted so it doesn't flag.

The Business mail Support folk deal direct, so it's a very easy process.

We've found that signature blocks that contain images are most likely to be flagged by their spam engine, SMX. This has occurred for both inbound and outbound connections.

DMARC/DKIM/SPF etc. should all be implemented if possible, however the trigger point for SMX marking your messages as SPAM is very low. I suspect this is to live up to their claims that 99.999% of spam emails are rejected. Of course that figure belies the truth that a disproportionate number of legitimate emails are flagged as well.

From our perspective Spark Business Mail's anti spam technology is causing a lot of frustration for both the direct customers and those sending to entities that use the service.
