Asking on behalf of my wife who works in Victoria St in the city. This morning on her cell (Samsung S23 Ultra) she is getting poor call quality. She has restarted handset, switched off/on wifi. Taken off cover. Changed location to no avail. I checked Spark outage map only thing listed is planned work around Kaiwharawhara. 

Any ideas and is anyone who works in central Wellington experiencing the same?
