okay i've rung telecom, ive gone into the store, i've put my battery in the freezer. i've done everything, yet my fone STILL disconnects from the network for no reason, and i have double contacts.


WHY WONT IT WORK PROPERLY!?!?!

April 1 aside, freezing a tired battery can help rejuvenate it but from memory I think it only applies to NiCd batteries due to crystalline growths that can form. I think you get a similar result by hitting it with a heavy jolt for a short period, ie give it a high current blast.

Usually less hassle to replace a tired battery with a new one.

I doubt however this is the problem with your phone.

For the issue you are having putting a Battary in the freezer is going to do nothing ,zero, zip

You only have one option! The phone has to be checked out by the service agent

PS thanks for giving me a laugh this morning awesome

So the phone is losing the network / doubling the contacts and they replace the Battary
