Anyone else having problems with sites loading slowly or not at all? It feels like the Telecom cache problem rearing it's ugly head again.... Have they been adding more sites to the cache?

As my brother (who is in IT) says, caching sites never really works properly. 

Why is Telecom doing it? To free up bandwidth for Tivo? I'm not sure we have the infrastructure in NZ to support all this kind of stuff, what with Playstation now being able to view ondemand as well.

I wonder when the network is going to sh*t itself.
