My Telecom Harrier is displaying a notification that I have 2 new voice messages in my voice mailbox.
I went there but there wasn't.
I tried to reset the phone

mikeox69: did you have to setup your mailbox again after they reset it? if not then they have not done a reset and have fobbed you off
That depends on how they reset the cellular secretary service. The rep may have choose to attempt to solve the problem by resetting the service at switch level. The CSR may have also tired various notification options. A Full reset will mean cellsec is completely removed, and re-added in which case, yes you will need to set up your greeting once again.
