Yup, I take your point.

UPDATE:  Just went to my emails' web-based interface and ALL the missing emails were sitting in a Spam Folder !!

No idea why or how that got invoked because (1) it never happened before, and (2) I never created the Spam Folder.  In fact there is no provision to to stipulate what is and what isn't spam, so maybe ClearNet/Vodafone recently set up an automated Spam-catch service?

Certainly didn't get any notification of such.

Amyway, I have deleted the Spam Folder and hopefully it won't re-create itself.

Mauricio - if you would please be good enough to PM me another test message in the morning that would be appreciated.

Cheers guys,

R.

Thanks for test PM this morning .... but what happened is that ClearNet/Vodafone simply recreated the Spam Folder and held the message again.

I have now forwarded a False Positive notification to Vodafone (see http://help.vodafone.co.nz/app/answers/detail/a_id/21209/~/an-email-from-a-friend-was-marked-as-spam,-how-do-i-resolve-this-(clearnet)%3F for instructions), so we will see what happens.

Am I the only Clear/Paradise/Telstra/Vodafone customer experiencing this? smile

UPDATE:  Still having my Geekzone Message notification emails dumped into ClearNet Spam Folder !

Have contacted Vodafone again, BUT is there a VF person on GZ who can push this problem in-house?

Cheers,

R.

Probably. A post in their forum would get best coverage.
