MikeB4:

I am using Chrome version  67.0.3396.99 (Official Build) (64-bit). The pop up is appearing on opening, login, new tab, refresh tab. I have white listed in uBlock

Any other filter such Ghostery or similar VPN, etc?

I've changed the settings and regenerated the code, so you should only see this message once now.

On a side-note I really hope nobody is using Ghostery if you care about your privacy. They are owned by an ad company.

Same goes for people using Hola VPN, a company that until recently sold bandwidth from their users as exit points for people in other countries to use as VPN.

Also was having issues with FF61.0.* using Adblock Plus. Site already was white listed in Adblock Plus. Till I discovered FF had upped their security in 61.0.*. Had to click on the shield in the left side of the URL bar and white list Geekzone there as well as in Adblock Plus.

Cloud spending continues to surge globally, but most organisations haven’t made the changes necessary to maximise the value and cost-efficiency benefits of their cloud investments. Download the whitepaper From Overspend to Advantage now.

I have been getting this on multiple pages at home (which is where I usually access GZ). Firefox, Adblock Plus (GZ whitelisted), a pretty comprehensive hosts blocklist, and Ghostery. Cookies set to first party only, delete at end of session.

Interestingly, I don't ever get it where I am currently working: with Chrome, Adblock Plus (GZ NOT whitelisted) and other pretty aggressive adblocking done at the corporate firewall/gateway level. I actually can't whitelist GZ at work, as the adblocker has been pushed out by IT as part of the standard browser install and the settings are locked down.

.......... Firefox, Adblock Plus (GZ whitelisted), a pretty comprehensive hosts blocklist, ............

Apologises if you have already done this but are you positive it has been white listed in Firefox: Preferences > Privacy & Security > Tracking protection. Check the "Exceptions" list for Geekzone. Also a RED line will be on the address bar shield for https://www.geekzone.co.nz/.

I also set Use Tracking Protection to block known trackers to "Always".

If not in the "Exceptions" list then Firefox is the problem. To fix this click on the Shield to the left of the address bar when in Geekzone and then click on "Disable protection for this site" Geekzone will now appear in your "Exceptions" list also a RED line will now appear on the address bar shield for https://www.geekzone.co.nz/.

I had to do this as well as whitelist in Adblock Plus.

Cheers
