MadEngineer:

Hmm, well now I can't clear that ... is it related to the IPv6 logo?

Nope - I am currently connected via a network without IPv6 and have this issue.

On my iMac I use Firefox 61.0.2 (64-bit) and this behaviour is not occurring but on Windows 10 on my laptop using the same version this problem is occurring.

Here is a crazy notion, lets give peace a chance.

Occouring for me on Android. Both Chrome and Firefox. Have tried both WiFi and mobile data, as a means of testing with and without IPv6. But made no difference.

Edited to add

Just saw the above post from BDFL.

Working again after clearing cached data.

Something on Cloudflare was causing problems with CSS. This was turned off and I forced changes to CSS to reload the file.
