On my iMac I use Firefox 61.0.2 (64-bit) and this behaviour is not occurring but on Windows 10 on my laptop using the same version this problem is occurring.
Here is a crazy notion, lets give peace a chance.

Fixed Mint and Firefox
Something on Cloudflare was causing problems with CSS. This was turned off and I forced changes to CSS to reload the file.

Me too on IPv6 and with actual Edge (normally I don't use, but to privide feedback).
It happened for the second time withhin last 2-3 weeks.
- NET: FTTH & VDSL, OPNsense, 10G backbone, GWN APs
- SRV: 12 RU HA server cluster, 0.1 PB storage on premise
- IoT: thread, zigbee, tasmota, BidCoS, LoRa, WX suite, IR
- 3D: two 3D printers, 3D scanner, CNC router, laser cutter
