All I get is a blank grey box about a centremetre tall.

Cant see any of the usual forum posts on the right hand side.  Been like this for a couple of days now, am I doing something wrong?

Are you blocking ads? Are you browsing with disabled javascript?

But still don't know why? It would be good to find out why to make sure we can get around it.

Yeah not sure, I have javascript enabled, and definitely dont use any kind of adblock.

Just using a bog standard IE8

I have now added a message to the box in case of auto update not working. This will let people know why things are not showing...
