Is there a known problem with the search atm?

I logged in then type my words in search and it keeps just refreshing the page with no results at all.

The optimisations used by Mauricio to speed the site loading mean some functionality that previously worked for those with ad blockers no longer work. The active updates on the front page and search are two that I have found. This is not busted as per Mauricios link above, but is an acceptable by-product of the site speed ups...

I have found using google and appending ":site.geekzone.co.nz" works really well.

Cheers - N

Read through that thread, but basically we managed to reduce page load times about 1.5 seconds by using async Javascript. Ad Blockers don't like those. I also posted a rabid blog item about it here: www.geekzone.co.nz/freitasm/7502
