Have my installation all Teed up for the 18th Nov.
Will let people know how the install goes.
I am supposed to call them on the day of the install to arrange getting the Vodafone TV setup so should have that a couple of days later.
Thus far the Customer Service has been both amazing and rubbish.
I dealt with one lady in the reallocation team who has been nothing short of amazing. She has handled the whole thing for me. She had a lot of problems with the Fiber team and personally moved up the food chain to get it sorted and would call back every day or 2 to check on progress.
Once I finally got a call from the Fiber team things have gone pretty smoothly and I'm all ready to go.
Installation with be going into a brand new house that is almost complete.
ONT with be installed in a fiber enclosure next to my patch panel.
I have opted for the 100/50 250GB plan with home phone, Basic Sky with HD ticket and recording box.
Will post up some speed data once I have everything up and running.
