It is generic in nature as it is email related.   I am writing on behalf of an elderly friend who is not that tech savvy.   The issue is in relation to the junk folder email. He generally uses the Outlook program to access his email. And this is all setup correctly with the correct pop3 for incoming and correct smtp for outgoing setup with the correct settings. So there is no issues with sending and receiving emails.   However, he was missing a lot of mails and it turned out they were sitting in his junk mail folder on his webmail account. So this genuine sender was being blocked for whatever reason. Anyhow I whitle listed this sender and a few others, so hopefully the issue does not persist but what about future senders that might get blocked. As the elderly gentleman does really check his online webmail and prefers to use Outlook, what is the best way around this? Can he sync his webmail junk folder with his Outlook junk folder? Then he can check that occasionally to see if any genuine senders are in there.   Or is the only solution is that he has to check the webmail version junk mail folder occasionally?   Regards
