Let me explain my situation....
Jan 2008: On Xnet Fusion with VFX. No problems. However, because I wanted to use my SPA3102 for VFX, but also one of the "Outbound Only" gateways with another VoIP provider, I asked that this be enabled. After some complications but great help from maverick and fellow geekzone-rs, it was all done....
Feb 2008: My "outbound gateway" worked, but it "lose settings" every 2 days or so.... I posted something here, and was asked to ring up and get a "ticket number". Fair enough, and I did that....
Start of Mar 2008: No news, no update. I rang up about 3-5 times in total... Waiting times are getting longer (around 10-15mins)... Someone always says they'll get back to me... 1 or 2 did... But mostly not...
End of Mar 2008: I finally got someone "following" my case. Good chap there... "Mr B". He asked me to send a screenshot over, asked me some questions. I was just going away from Auckland for about 1 week, so I did that on my return, start of April...
Start of April: Called, wanted an update... Ah yes, "someone would call me back, after they spoke with the operations dept"... Nope.... Furthermore, gateway is not working AT ALL.
4 days ago: Called again.... Was told that "sorry, but Mr B was away for sometime"... Will call me back.. Nope....
But anyway... You guys get the drift. Xnet is really great online (especially here in Geekzone)... Polite on the phone too.... But I do have to say that the "official contact" via phone is pretty terrible... Maybe it's because you guys are swamped with work, but hey, I've been waiting almost 3 whole months now....
