Does anyone else ever have issues with using the 'My Account' website?

It very rarely allows me to click into my account summary (viewconnectionsummary.do) regardless of what computer/OS/Browser I use.  Only seems to work if the planets align. Call center have been saying for months that here are no reported website faults - but surely it's not just me that can't use it?

My Vodafones performance has a lot to do with the size of the account you are trying to access, An account with 1 connection will load a lot faster (and have less issues) than trying to view 1 connection on an account with 40 (speaking from personal experience)

It seems as if the majority of faults are due to the database connector timing out when trying to pull back so much information and displaying the fantastic "this service is unavailable" default fall-back screen (which is showed more often than not lately). Another issue that confuses the website is connections that are on suspension can affect the way the account is handled online as it thinks these connections are not *real* connections and are deactivated.

You are not alone and I've raised these issues a few times with Vodafone (not just CSR's) but it seems to have stayed the same.

last I heard My Vodafone's backened was due for an overhaul which will be happening "at some stage" (in the words of the red giant)
