Is anyone here familiar with Digital Mobile's refund policy? I've looked on their website and it states that if I change my mind I'm not entitled to a refund which is fair enough.
Basically I bought an iPhone two weeks ago, opened the box and the iPhone was damaged. I took the phone back and was happy for it to get replaced however upon inspecting the replacement phone today there was dust under the screen so I advised them that I wasn't happy with the replacement so they have to send it away for yet another replacement.
I phoned them before because the more I think about it the more I realis how shoddy the quality is and the more I don't want to go through constant replacements. It's slowly emerging that now there's issues with dust getting under screens. For a $1100 phone this is ridiculous. I guess it's my fault for not researching before hand but for the price you pay you expect some form of quality. Anyway, at what point am I entitled to a refund? According to them, Manners Mall Wlg, I'm not because "Apple" policy states that the phones have to be sent away for either repair or replacement. Does the CGA trump this so called apple policy/warranty?
