YouTube is a trainwreck today, as usual.

Here is some of the data I sent through to Voda.

The shape of the traffic graph is interesting to note as data arrives in chinks rather than the expected continuous stream.

YouTube's really bad today, even though I'm getting 130 Mbps in speed tests. :\

Things have been rather bad today. Facebook took a couple of minutes to load while most other sites were fine, and it took a couple of tries to be able to connect to one of my four email accounts in Thunderbird. As always, YouTube is also spotty.

I just had to wait 41 seconds for a 7 second video to start playing. :\

Kodiack Just my opinion, your service is so poor, Vodafone should be giving you credit each month until they sort it.

They already are, and said they'll continue to do so until it's sorted. :)

Move to New Zealand's best fibre broadband service (affiliate link). Free setup code: R587125ERQ6VE. Note that to use Quic Broadband you must be comfortable with configuring your own router.

Having issues like never before. Several sites are outright inaccessible, or taking several minutes to load. YouTube is flat-out completely broken - it either won't load pages, or only half loads. :\

Speed test result has us at 120+ Mbps, but things are just dead in the water. I don't even know how to explain how bloody terrible it is.

I have a friend using Vodafone cable up in Waikanae and he's complaining about the same issues.

I just had to wait 40 seconds for a 25-second-long, 240p video to start playing. Fantastic. :\

Tonight's pretty bad. I had a YouTube video buffering in the background and forgot about it for a few minutes. About five minutes later it startled me when it started playing. :\

Had issues on my side last night also.

Notably only within Chrome streaming as VP9.

Chromecast had no issues, nor did youtube app on mobile.

FireFox streaming in mp4 also worked fine.

Unfortunately I didn't think to test on another PC at that time. Looks like my issues might be diverging from the discussion in this thread.

Having issues loading the Steam store today. It occasionally just takes ages to load, but it works fine over 3G.

Steam is still not loading content, might be time to create a ticket.
