Using the operator display for marketing is stupid and annoying. My phone crapped itself this morning and when I got it going again the weird 'five' thing made me wonder if there was still something wrong with it.

saw some advertising on youtube about the change from voda to one.
The ad flashed a statement that they are ditching their UK ownership.
Didn't that happen years ago?
Not a lie - but not quite the truth either.

I don’t want to be too specific but we had a large chunk of our phones die earlier this week as a result of their rebranding and something needing a restart. This morning and yesterday our change requests have resulted in errors at their end. This morning we have issues with our desk phones …

Throw into the mix where Spark themselves had a fault yesterday for extra fun n games.

Our Voda desk phones in unprovisioned state this morning, i.e., extensions missing. Can still call though.

I have seen a couple of their rebranded retail stores and the look very good. They look inviting. Their new look website also looks very good to my eyes.

Here is a crazy notion, lets give peace a chance.

Jason Paris talks in-depth about the changeover from Vodafone to One, and where both logos will still be visible.

so, where will both logos still be visible?

Auckland airport, international terminal is one place where I’ve seen both logos used side by side.

Presumably, international travel is likely to be one of those things that unbeknown visitors may still look for vodafone branding if there is still reference overseas indicating easy roaming to VF nz that need to die out, so if it doesn't exist anymore clears that up and indicates a valid alternative at the advantage to one if there is still a minor business relationship on paper.

Actually didn't the original change tease have the vf logo inside as the whitespace of the green circle. Rotated to a kiwi from a speech bubble. Is that the bit behind the paywall that 'didn't fly'
