To be fair John, that is what we have heard for months ( well ok, a year ) now, and service continues to be well below what we pay for. I dropped the 130 plan cause there was just no point. But even the 100 plan is not worth it. And we are all just sick of it.
Roll on fibre. You should be really worried when even Maurico says ' enough is enough' and leaves.
I know we should all lay TDR complaints, or CGA, or whatever., but my god, this is just unacceptable.
