The menu is blacking out too? This is some sort of HDMI issue.

What is your model TV, what HDMI port is being used and is the STB plugged directly into the TV?

Hi.  Had tried all the HDMI ports previously. I have just this minute discovered that the LG UltraHD Deep Colour mode is on for all the HDMI ports and have just turned it off for the current hdmi port. The channels were able start working and the menu is also working properly.  was able to get to fast.com and run a test.  getting 58mbps down so that is fine.

Keep getting “Channel not subscribed “ on all channels was fine this morning but not now.

Assume it’s on their end . Anyone else having this issue?

Thanks. This is encouraging me to look at back up options like running another cable from the satellite dish.

Need any 75 ohm coax? I have a spare kilometre or so. OK, maybe I'm exaggerating, but I have heaps and am always keen to give it away.

We use MythTV to record things that VTV is not allowed to, or as a backup, but it has its own hassles!

Thanks, will take up the offer if needed. Need to ask my installation man what is required and just realised I would also have to buy another freeview sat box.

When one adds new services to VTV say Entertainment package how long does it take before it becomes available on the device?

Here is a crazy notion, lets give peace a chance.
