Theres that old saying about not biting the hand that feeds you... The OA customers are the ones who keep them going, why not treat them like they are valued. Do they really think that the prepaid customers could keep them going?

marker: Question for if you ever get a chance to ask them:Why is it so difficult to move from a pre paid connection to a post paid one? With vodafone you are forced into a new (6 digit) number. Many people havetheir current 7 digit number on stationery and all of that needs to thrown out (waste of the paper) and new (waste of extra cost) needs to be printed. Why not make it all simpler?
