Yes and what better way to deal with the complaints and answer some of the questions we all have like: Why do VF treat OA customers like they are second class?

That's a good question when you consider that OA customer ARPU is $125 or so, compared to $25 for PP ones (figures from memory). You'd think the OA ones would be cherished customers.

Theres that old saying about not biting the hand that feeds you... The OA customers are the ones who keep them going, why not treat them like they are valued. Do they really think that the prepaid customers could keep them going?

I didn't initially think portability would harm Vodafone NZ but I'm beginning to have second thoughts now. There are certainly a lot of unhappy Vodafone customers in the marketplace.

Question for if you ever get a chance to ask them:

Why is it so difficult to move from a pre paid connection to a post paid one? With vodafone you are forced into a new (6 digit) number. Many people havetheir current 7 digit number on stationery and all of that needs to thrown out (waste of the paper) and new  (waste of extra cost) needs to be printed. Why not make it all simpler?

At this stage, I don't know when Vodafone will get round to doing the interview. Sorry about that.

I think you should post all the questions here as 9/10 members could answer almost identically to Russell Stanners.
