kamrind: what about my issue Johnr? our modem hasn't been turned on, and we've still used data, the 15th was wen we powered up our modem, and we still used data?
Im just thinking maybe it might be showing incorrect? (i hope so lol)

What about WiFi is that locked down?
freitasm: My question about the firewall is directly related to sbidlee's question. If your router is responding to DNS requests coming from outside then it can be used for a DDoS attack - using huge amounts of data.

I have found somthing called "Security Level" It has options "Guest mode or authorisation mode" The Guest mode is ticked, should I change that?
