remarks:maverick: Hi James,
I will let Steve the VOIP Guy :) get back to you on this one,
there should be no limitation on the PSTN side so all that is perfectly do able, we dont setup the PSTN side in anyway so you have complete control so most probably it will just be a config issue for the PSTN settings, we do not support these directly as it dosn't really apply to the VFX service and there are going to be so many variables on how different customers want to set this up, However I will ask Steve to drop his comments in case he can shed some light, He is away for a few days (Easter Break) so I'm afraid it may be a few days before you get a reply. He's one of the Hardest workers here and deserves some time off...:)
Will hopefully get back to you in a few days
Thanks Phil.... Previously, with no VFX, i could change the PSTN to VOIP settings and set "PSTN Ring Thru Line 1: YES"
This way any calls on my landline will come through the handset. With the same setup on VFX this is not the result. I can't see any other settings that would affect this. I also have the "Line Enable: YES" set.
James
