mattz: Yay its all up and running, thanks for that and for the super quick turn around, next time over a cell phone i'll say delta echo charlie etc etc.

One question though the Xnet tech originally said just one line on the device would be locked and I would still be able to log in as admin for the second line, i.e. to set up a second sip provider this doesn't appear to be the case and both lines seem to be locked now, not an issue at the moment but in future I may experiment with some overseas providers to get a local number in another country etc.
