chrispchikin: This is exactly what happened to me when VF moved me from the 30/10 to the 100/20 plan a few weeks ago.

I believe it was resolved at a Chorus level, but not by a simple profile rebuild.


They enable Multicast again but a simple plan change should not remove it to begin with

The first time they changed the plan all of our services were cut off, had to rebuild the profile to get internet working again, took another 2 weeks to get TV service restored after that.

So not just a simple traffic shaping profile change it seems?
