We probably should be thanking 2 Degrees rather than VF.

Don't remember when they thanked us for launching 4G and HD voice

Has Vodafone removed the $29 open term plan from their available plans/website? I can't see it anywhere (I know it used to be hard to find) so I have no idea what my current plan gives me.

If this doesn't apply to open term plans then I may as well change to pre-pay, given it appears to be a better deal and Vodafone aren't able to bill with my internet (ex-Telstra cable).

You are confusing marketing with technology.

At the time it was great, a year down the track not so much! Hindsight is a wonderful thing, definitely learnt that lesson now, prepay is where all the magic happens.

While I am dubious of the actual value of this to me and my usage, due to the terms and conditions of what gets used first, I suppose this is a nice to have.

On the $19 plan, I predict that I will have 1080 carry over minutes in January 2016 when they start expiring. Will be interesting to see if true.

So to clarify, since I'm already on the $19 prepay plan does this automatically become the $19 carryover plan or do I need to switch to it? Possibly won't be that useful to me anyway since I tend to use up the 500mb data well before the end of the month anyway so wouldn't ever have any to carry over. Would be useful to have the minutes carryover though in case I ever need them as I barely use any so would always have a lot to carryover. A prepay plan with less minutes and more data would be ideal for my usage at the moment.

You don't need to do anything, Customers on the older Prepay_Smart need to change plan to base plan ' Prepay ' if they would like carry over

I'm on the $19 prepay smart, so that means I do need to change my plan.

If you are on PrepaySmart with the $19 add then yes you should change, The ' 19 ' and ' 29 ' on ' Prepay ' offers far better value over the older PrepaySmart for a start,

Now I just need carry over data on my Red plan, I guess as a $129 a month customer I am not as important as a $19 a month customer :)

Sorry if it's a dumb question, but what's the difference between the prepay smart $19 and the '19'? I didn't realise there was another $19 option so what does that one include that I don't already get? Looking on the website it seems to have the same minutes, data and unlimited texts.
