OK I signed up.   THis thing really needs filtering based on national/international calls, because it shows 0800 and local calls which we makes 100's of.

Secondly, on the summary page where it says "Total current calls - $xx.xx"  is that incl GST or excl GST?.

Umm and on my Invoice summary for Jan 2008 theres this charge: VOIP Services  $3.26  - what is it?  Tolls is separate.

On my bill it's Including GST whereas the individual calls are listed Excluding GST.

This is either a partial month's charge for VFX @ $11.25 per month, or a second line charge @ $7.95 per month.

Are you an Xnet customer?
If so, you should not be charged for the first VFX line, only for the second and subsequent lines.

Yeah I was Xnet River customer last month, now on Fusion. I have no second line either so no idea why they charged me.  I know its only 3 bucks but maybe an Xnet employee can shed some light on this?

They charged me for it during January as well.  It is one of several issues that I am trying to get resolved with my bill at present.

Apparently these errors have happened because of the changeover to the new billing system, which is happening as part of this roll-out.  Fingers crossed that it will all be sorted soon.

I think you will find you are right about the VOIP service charge being a part charge for the VFX service Grant. I requested fusion on the day they launched it on the 7th and it was up and going 2 days later on the 9th and I just checked my invoice summary and my VOIP services charge is $10.00 so thats what it will be. It looks like on each invoice will show the $11.25 from now on.(for someone on Fusion that is but for anyone that doesnt have fusion but has HSI broadband and VFX the $11.25 is still waived I might add)

Phone into the helpdesk and they can help you as they can look at your account at the time (this is what they are for Wink), we will have generally no idea what a $ figure in a bill is unless you are looking at the persons account details.

Yes I am a employee of WxC (My Profile) ... but I do have my own opinions as well Wink

I was told months ago by a CSR that you would be implementing an online credit card billing system "soon". I was hopeful this update included that implementation, but no. Come on, Xnet, you're an online company selling and online service - why can't you get an online credit card billing system, like every other online product or service retailer? I hate having to ring up every time I want to charge my bill to my credit card - mucho inconveniento.

ajhphd: When I try to register, I get "Account authorisation failed, please check you validation information."

I get this problem too.  Having only had an xnet connection for a few weeks don't have an invoice number.  Is there any way to sign up without one?

chchmjr: My ViewBill "View Records" page has not updated since last Thursday. Anyone else having problems?

Both of my accounts have not updated since Friday afternoon.

I suspect some toll calls were made over the weekend, so it would appear that something is amiss with ViewBill at the moment.
