Thanks goes to the beta testers and their constructive feedback during the final testing stages, we appreacite your time in assisting with this.

So you will be pleased to know, that the first part of new online billing module is available to WxC customers, you can signup for it here, ViewBill hope you like the improvements

Welcome to the WorldxChange ViewBill portal.

This website is the next step in our ongoing strategy to give our customers real-time access to all aspects of the WorldxChange telecommunications services that they utilise.

Initially, customers will be able to view their call record details and invoice history with subsequent additions (including online payments and further provisioning options) being made available in the coming months.

We would welcome your feedback on this site (both good & bad) including any specific individual requirements that you may have to make it better for you.

Please note:

If you are an Old View Bill customer, you will need to reregister by clicking the 'Signup for Viewbill' link at the left of this screen. We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause, but trust that the new system will provide you with more information and functionality.

Points to note - CDR details start from Jan 2008, printing of Invoives will be available at a later date, Older Invoices can be printed through the old system only at this point.

Cheers Phil, I will sign up our other WxC account onto this service now.

Last night I noticed that the Call Details are Logged within seconds of hanging up the phone. It is brilliant to have real-time call logging at last

I hope you are feeling better now, and have gotten over that bout of food poisoning. I had a case of Campylobacter a few years ago from some poorly-cooked chicken, and I've never been so sick in my life. It's nasty stuff

Great - now if only I could get my account number to complete signup without having to wait in excess of 15 minutes on the helpdesk

I can remember my username and password but unfortunately my account number is not something I use a hell of a lot - or a particularly memorable number.

Is there a way I can get my account number from my username and password details alone?

Did you ever use the older Bill Viewing portal?

If so, your web browser would have saved the Account Number from when you logged in.

Or, if by chance you kept any of the e-mails from WxC about exceeding your Data Cap, or signing up to VFX, the Account Number is contained there

lol.I remember my account number but why would someone remember their invoice number?I guess i will need to call up later.

Invoice Numbers are also available from the older Dejar Bill Viewing Portal. It looks like I am one of very few who actually used it!

When I try to register, I get

"Account authorisation failed, please check you validation information."

when I use the invoice number from my January statement.

Does the "username" have to be the same as used for ADSL and/or VFX?

The username can be anything as long as it is longer than 6 characters, it does not have to match any of your current usernames/logins.

As long as you have a recent invoice number, and a current phone number in the WxC system, you should be able to sign up for an account.

Problem resolved quickfast!

I was using the Telecom landline number instead of the VFX number during the registration process.

Indeed it is, although that was towards the end of QW spent majority of time with AWoL, Void until i was banned from bloodrain for ringing in for other clans.

Maybe we are talking at cross-purposes here Ninjabear, but whenever I login to Dejar, it lists all the Invoice Numbers for the last few months up at the top of the screen with a little "Page" icon alongside. When you click the page icon, you can view all the individual pages which make up that particular invoice.

By using the old Dejar portal was the way I got my invoice number so I could register for the new system.

So, I can promise you that it DOES work
